Conditions for Returns:

  1. Timely Notification: You must inform us of your intention to return a product within the first 24 hours after receiving the goods.

  2. Unused and Unstitched: The product must be unused, unstitched, and in the same condition as received, including its original packaging.

  3. Stitched Products: Please note that we do not accept returns for stitched products under any circumstances.

Refund Process:

Upon meeting the above conditions, we will issue a refund amounting to 80% of the product cost. The remaining 20% will cover Order Processing charges and Other Miscellaneous Charges.

Prior notification of your intention to return a product is essential. You can do this via email or a phone call. Visit our "Contact Us" page on our website for easy communication.

Customer Responsibilities:

  1. Shipping Costs and Custom Duties: Customers are responsible for bearing the shipping costs and any associated customs duties when returning products. We will not cover these expenses.

  2. PayPal Fees: If payment was made through PayPal and you wish to cancel the order within 24 hours of placement, you will be responsible for PayPal fees and processing charges, which may amount to up to 20% of the order total.

  3. Refund Limitations: Refunds will not exceed 80% of the total purchase value at any point.

  4. Shipping Refunds: We will not refund the shipping charges paid by you when purchasing the item.

  5. Custom Stitched Clothing: Returns will not be accepted for custom-made or standard-stitched clothing, including readymade stitched sarees or sarees stitched with custom blouses.

Additional Information:

  • Refund Processing Time: Please allow 4 to 5 working days for the refund to reflect in your account after we receive the products at our store.

  • Complaints and Issues: Any complaints regarding damage, stains, stitching, or other concerns should be reported within 24 hours of receiving the products. We may request digital images for review.

  • Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours. If cancellation is requested after this time frame, a 20% bank payment processing charge will be deducted from the total order amount.

  • Bollywood Replica Products: No refunds or returns will be provided for Bollywood Replica products. Please note that images of Bollywood products are for reference purposes only, and actual products may vary in color, fabrics, and work.

  • Color and Description Discrepancy: While we strive for accuracy, there may be minor variations in color due to photography and monitor settings. Customers are advised to consider these slight variations when placing orders.

  • Embellishment Related Issues: Embellished apparel may have sequins or beads that could come loose during transit. This is a common occurrence and should not cause concern.
